"My wife and I have had State Farm for our home and auto insurance since 2021, and Alison's team were huge advocates in helping get a tough water damage claim paid out in 2024.

Then, in 2026, State Farm corporate wanted to non-renew our home insurance, citing an older roof and trees touching the side of our home, which would have caused a large increase in our premium year over year. Alison and Becky on her team went to bat for us and sent out an inspector, who walked our roof and determined nothing was wrong with it; we just needed to trim the trees back. We trimmed the trees, and two weeks later, they were able to reverse the non-renewal, which saved us a ton of money and time.

Adequate coverage for a brand new vehicle, which we owned. We had to go thru State Farm ( our insurance) due to this issue. State Farm was phenomenal! "Very unhelpful. I filed a claim and they would not give me an answer of whether I could begin repairs or if they needed to inspect it first. I waited weeks. Their answers were contradictory. They also gave several different phone numbers of other companies they said were responsible for answering my question but these other companies said they were not responsible. When I called state farm about the claim they would leave on on hold for over an hour and then speak rudely to me (and refuse to answer questions). Edit: their office responded below referring to an auto claim but I was writing about a homeowner's insurance claim. Everything I said above is 100% accurate. For over a week they told me a company in Houston (?!) would have to decide if I could begin repairs. That company vociferously denied this and said state farm was responsible. Patronize this business at your own risk."
